Terms, Conditions & Policies

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or participating in services offered by Cristina, Ray of Light ("Practitioner", "I", "me" or "my"). By scheduling, purchasing, or participating in any session or service, you ("Client", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Services

Reiki, energy work, animal communication, and any other service that are provided are complimentary practices and are not a substitute for veterinary care, medical treatment, behavioral training, legal advice, mental health services. No diagnosis, prognosis or medical advice is provided.

2. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for decisions made regarding you, your animal before during, and after a session.
any action taken as a result of a session are at your own choice and responsibility.
Any results, insights, impressions, or outcomes are subjective and may vary.
You acknowledge that you are over the age of 18 years old.

While client's find that sessions, readings, and other services are insightful and supportive, no guarantees are stated or implied regarding specific outcomes or results, behavioral changes, healing or resolution of issues/conditions. All information shared during sessions are subject to client's personal interpretation and discretion. Services are provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied.

3. Scheduling, Payment & Fees

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Prices are listed on the website and are subject to change at any time.
Sessions will not be confirmed until payment is received.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Clients may reschedule or cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of payment.
Failure to attend, no-call or no-show results in forfeiture of payment.
If you arrive to an in-person appointment or join 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment your appointment will be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
Consistent cancellation or frequent rescheduling may result in limited booking privileges. I reserve the right to decline future appointments for clients who demonstrate a pattern of missed or repeated rescheduled session.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to materials, sessions structures, verbal guidance, written communications, recording (if any), website content, images, and proprietary methods provided are the exclusive intellectual property of Cristina Starke, Ray of Light and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You may not record, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, sell, sublicense, summarize, adapt or create derivative works from any portion of the services, workshops, teaching material without prior expressed written consent.

6. Privacy

Personal information collected through this website, booking system, during sessions or any other service is used solely to provide requested services or related communication. Personal information is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

7. Copyright

All content of this website- including text, graphic logo, images, video and written materials is the intellectual property of Cristina, Ray of Light and is protected under United States and international copyright law.

8. Changes to Policies

Cristina Starke may update or revise these policies from time to time to best service clients and the business. Any changes will be posted on this website and will take effect upon posting. Clients are encouraged to review this section periodically to say informed of any updates.
